Our boutique policies

- I am not responsible for lost items.

- No returns or refunds after the items are shipped. Pictures of all packages are taken prior to shipping them out to provide proof and reassurance that there was not any damage done to the items once originally sent out. 

- Please be sure to check your address before purchasing. If if is incorrect, please email immediately (within minutes of your purchase) otherwise your order will be sent to the address provided at checkout.

Once an order is placed, packages will need 1-8 days of processing and 3-5 business days of shipping time.

-When an order is placed, you'll receive an email saying your order has been received with a summary of what was purchased. Then, in the 1-8 days of processing, you'll receive another email saying your order has been shipped and a tracking number is provided in that email. 

-If you provide the incorrect address please email me right away. If you email me about an address issue and I already shipped your package, I can't fix it.
